Peter Ritchie AO – Non-Executive Chairman

Peter Ritchie has been Chairman of Reverse Corp since its inception in 1999. Mr Ritchie was previously founding director, Chief Executive and Chairman of McDonald’s Australia Limited. Other roles he currently holds are Deputy Chairman of the Seven Network Limited and Chairman of Mortgage Choice Limited.

Richard Bell – Non-Executive Director

Richard Bell is Reverse Corp's founder and former Chief Executive. He began his career as a solicitor in Brisbane before undertaking a number of roles overseas, including in equities at S.G. Warburg and as Managing Director of Wilson HTM (USA), both in New York. Mr Bell returned to Australia in 1998 and founded Reverse Corp in January 1999.

Stephen Jermyn – Non-Executive Director

Mr Stephen Jermyn brings a wealth of senior management and executive experience to Reverse Corp. He served McDonald’s Australia Limited for over 22 years in various capacities including, CFO, Executive Vice President, Deputy Managing Director and as a non-executive director. He has also served on the Boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies and is currently also a non-executive director of Mortgage Choice Limited.

Gary Hillberg – Director Operations

Gary Hillberg has over 30 years’ experience in the Australian telecommunications industry and held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Group Managing Director with the company. Mr Hillberg was appointed to the Board in October 2005.
